    Hi All,

I did a migration with the Migration Toolkit - ISPConfig 3.2.8p1 to 3.2.8p1
The server is working but I can't receive messages, or can't write them in dovecot.

    The logfile says:
Error: Mailbox INBOX: Transaction log file /var/vmail/***/***/Maildir/dovecot.index.log: marked corrupted: 1 Time(s)
    Warning: fscking index file /var/vmail/***/***/Maildir/dovecot.index: 1 Time(s)

I allready di a "rm /var/vmail/***/***/Maildir/dovecot.*" to remove the dovecot index and logfiles but that didn't help

Does one of you guys/girls have a solution?

    Kind regards,
    Johan

My guess is doveadm command could rebuild the index files.
But was every index.log corruptied? That seems strange, did the migration show any error or warning messages?
Try the error message you got with Internet Search Engines to find instructions.

Both index and log are corrupt.
A working solution should have been remove both files, but that didn’t work.

    Kind regards,

Did you stop dovecot completely, renamed the index file, and then start it again? (Dovecot sometimes doesn't shut down completely so check if it is completely down)
