It would be much obliged if someone could prepare a detailed HOWTO that runs one through the building an e-mail gateway that uses ClamAV and SpamAssassin (with DCC, Razor and Pyzor) on Ubuntu or Fedora Core (or whatever else). To add to the challenge, please include a web-based quarantine system that authenticates against POP3 accounts to temporarily store questionable content.
