I think that if you add "desicards.com.au" to the SPF record from myhostname (in the "Are emails sent from other MX Records?" and "Are emails sent from other A Records?") all should be fine.

DNS manager -> xxx.com -> Record -> SPF-> Hostname: nill Are emails sent from A Record?: Yes Are emails sent from MX Record?: Yes Are emails sent from all servers of this domain?: Yes Are emails sent from other A Records?: desi.....com.au Are emails sent from other MX Records?: desi.....com.au Are emails sent from other IP addresses?: nill Inherit SPF Record from this zone?: nill Do the above entries contain all hosts allowed to send emails for this domain?: yes Still same...
