Hello, I have installed Debian 13 with ispconfig 3.31p1 I created a website Cher.nl with ssl en Letsincrypt, then I created an email domain Cher.nl, after this I created an email box [email protected] When I tried to create an mail account on my pc, I get the error "The identity of 'mail.cher.nl' cannot be verified" Did I set something wrong? How can I solve this? Thanks in advance
You must use the system hostname and not a subdomain of your email domain in your email client. See here>: https://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig-email-account/

I reinstalled Debian and ispconfig and configure only a domain name xxxcher.nl with mailbox [email protected] (no website) And used system hostname for the email client xxxcher.nl Now is email [email protected] working But when I set in ispconfig a second email domain xxxeinders.nl with mailbox [email protected] and used the system hostname for the email client einders.nl, both emails do not working anymore on the email client xxxcher.nl and xxxeinder.nl Is something wrong with mij settings?
