I upgraded ISPConfig 3 and it seems it works fine, but after several days, when I open the Mail section under ISPConfig control panel I noticed that the Email domain and Email mailbox was deleted except for one domain and two email that remains in the mailbox. The domain that was not deleted is the primary domain I used to setup ISPConfig. Any idea on how can I restore the domain I added and the email mailboxes? Note that I can still login to this email mailboxes using squirrelmail. Only that I can't see it under mail settings in control panel.
