Hello, I have ISPConfig 3.0.5.4p8, an there I run alot of email domains and email mailboxes. But on one mailbox there are not working filters which customer create in roundcube. Is possible to debug it somehow? I found no errors in mail logs, email wil arrive, mailbox just don't apply the mail filter which should move it to folder.
Sorry, (I) can't help with that old of software, maybe @till would have ideas. I'd sure encourage you to get upgraded to a current release.
How have you created a customer in roundcube? How have you set the filters? Which ones are not working?
