    Error.PNG Hello,

I've installed the perfect server on debian 10.

For some reason I'm unable to receive emails from this one domain. The logs don't show anything out of the ordinary.

I've attached a screenshot of my test email message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I control both domains mail servers. I can confirm that the email is being delivered but not received.

What do the logs show when a delivery fails? All the screenshot shows is a connect, there will be more after that.

Please post logs in CODE tags.
What log file is in #3? It still has no emails going in or out.
My signature has link to e-mail tutorial, maybe that helps?

Emails are going in and out fine except for this one domain.

Mail from example.com aren't being received by the server.

there is no indication of any connection from example.com. the only smtp stuff being logged there is failed login authentication,
i assume from [email protected] since it's using the same ip.

do those domains use the same mailserver? or different mailservers? what's the ip of each mailserver if different?

btw, it would be much easier for us to see if anything was misconfigured if you showed the real domain names (you can change the sender/recipient parts). there's little point in hiding the real mail domains like this.

The domains use different mail servers. Server1 =172.105.20.37 Server 2=209.200.10.197

Sorry for the lack of info. This is my first time posting.

I don't know if the logs you posted are from server 1 or 2, but neither ip shows in those logs, so there is not even an initial connection happening - look at network issues (firewalls, maybe nat or routing). Start with pinging each server from the other, then telnet on port 25 to ensure you can get a connection, and troubleshoot each hop of the network until you do. Once telnet connects, it will be reflected in the mail log, and probably email might work as well.
