Ok, so the apache directives field is empty. What you can try is to rename the vhost.err file to .vhost again and then run: apachectl -t to test the config. If this still does not return a useful error message, then you might have to get someone to look directly at the server, e.g. Florian from ISPConfig support: http://www.ispconfig.org/get-support/?type=ispconfig
