    Hello,

    I trie this :
    1. Change directories

      cd /var/www/

    2. Change group ownership

      sudo chown -Rv root:$USER .

    3. Add priviledges to our group

      sudo chmod -Rv g+rw

the first thing to do would be to reverse all of the ownership and permission changes.
ispconfig creates the site folders and files with the correct ownership permissions for each user, and generally with the correct read/write/execute permissions as well. you may need to change some of them for specific purposes, cms's, or frameworks. the install instructions would generally tell you about those, or the error logs would indicate some files can't be read, or executed, or some folder can't be written to, in which case you can selectively lower the restrictions for that specific file or folder.

what you're doing here is changing all the owners and permissions for all files and folders for all sites on the server. how can you not expect to have problems when making such a major blanket change to permissions?

Any particular reason why? And are you pissed because of this forum?
This breaks your web server. To fix, you have to repair the owners.
Owners and group owners should look like this, for example, I got this from my working server:
    Code:
    /var/www# ls -lhd clients/client23/web82/
    drwxr-xr-x 10 web82 client23 4,0K marra 15 2017 clients/client23/web82/
Easiest fix is to restore from backup. Other fixes take more work.

This must destroy your whole wen server setup as @Jesse Norell and @nhybgtvfr . Restore a backup to fix it.

Do you really think that anyone here is happy to help you when you write something like this? You destroyed your setup by following a false advice that neither I nor someone here in the forum gave you. And if you are pissed off about yourself because you did that or not is something that you should make up with yourself.

Thanks for help me, I use google translate,

I was naive to believe an online tutorial, not really knowing what I was copying and pasting, but now I'm moving forward and not making that kind of mistake again. If I am rewriting here, it is because I need referrals, in the meantime, have a nice day everyone.

That is a symbolic link. When the first character in permissions is "l", it is a symbolic link. Permissions and owners do not matter when it is a symbolic link. The real file or directory where the link points to must have the correct owners and permissions.

Probably some permissions in php-fcgi-scripts folder are wrong. Here the correct permissions:

If I uninstall and re-install isp, do you think if I delete my websites ?

I have installed ispconfig on another server since, it gave me this idea.

Don't do that, you will not be able to reuse the existing sites. You would have to reinstall the whole server in that case.

What you can try is this:

    1) Run an ispconfig update with reconfigure services = yes during update.

if you are able to log into ispconfig again, then enable 'update permissions on update' under system > server config > web and then run Tools > resync to force an update on all websites.

Note: Update all slave server, before you update master server.

    Select update method (stable,git-stable,git-master) [stable]:

There are no updates available for ISPConfig 3.1.15p3
