I am trying to add another domain after the inital setup of ispconfig. I have domain1.com setup and using this domain for name servers ns1.domain1.com and ns2.domain1.com, this is working fine and the domain serves a wordpress site as it should do. Here is were I am stuck, I want to add domain2.com and domain3.com, I added them in to sites part of ispconfig and then went over to the repsective registrars and changed the nameservers to ns1.domain1.com and ns2.domain1.com to both of the domains I mentioned above. Now I just get server not found errors when pointing a browser to domain2.com and domain3.com, is there anything else I should be doing after changing name servers. Regards Big44
Did you add the dns zones for these domains? A site is an apache vhost, not a dns record. when you point the domains to your own dns server, then you have to add them as dns zone in ispconfig as well.
Thank you, I hadn't added them through ispconfig, got all domains working now. Do you know how to get fail2ban working with wordpress login attemps?
