FC4 WebServer installation stuck

/etc/hosts:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
219.93.66.145 gwoman.com www.gwoman.com
0000000000000000000000000000000

I've just changed from 219.93.66.145 to 192.168.101.200..
Now, FC4's PC type www.gwoman.com or 192.168.101.200 the index.html appear.
At other PC's XP when type www.gwoman.com "Can't find the page". When type 192.168.101.200
index.html appear.... is it normal??

I'm still waiting for registrar's reply about the failure of "A" record.

Just got the response from registrar:

I added the DNS to all of the foreign registries. If you find that this has not resolved the issue within 24-48 hours, please let us know so that we can further investigate. Nameservers generally update quicker than the 24 hour timeframe, but they can take that long. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Yes, because your other PC's don't have the

line in /etc/hosts so they start asking the DNS servers for www.gwoman.com. Since there is no A record yet, they cannot find the page.
