Customer wanted shell access so I added 5 shell users to their account and then added a shell user to a customers website using jailkit. It refuses the login/password. Is there any special instructions customer should be using to login? Do they use their domain name of their site as the ssh server? Made sure port is opened. Not sure how to troubleshoot the problem going forward. Thanks!
