    Hi folks.
I'm doing a perfect server install of ubuntu 16.10, apache, dovecot, ispconfig3, etc. and I get to item 7, "Install Amavisd-new..." and it fails. Well, ok, I got iot wrong somewhere so, rather than mucking about I'll start again. In with the instal media, reboot and off I go. Only to get to the same point and it fails again. ARGH! Anyone care to guess at what I've got wrong?
Here's the output from the install line.

    Fixed it!
$myhostname wasn't being set. A quick edit to /etc/amavis/conf.d/05-node_id so the hostname was set and away it went. :)

jjsjjs and Richard Foley like this.
