Updated ISPConfig to a newer version and was unable to login it just redirected me to login again without any errors. The I restored a backup, and still having the same problem. When I use a "wrong" username and password, it does tell me its wrong. Can login into mysql with username/password from config and ISPConfig logfile does tell me that it was a successful login but its written twice Did a mysql database check and no problems.
