Hello. We have activated the "Send copy to" in ISPConfig 3.2 and removed redirect option in "Custom Rules" tab in order to forward emails from one inbox to 4 others. The issue is that the emails end up duplicate in destination inboxes. The emails accounts are under the same domain name. [email protected] to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. The "Copy during delivery" option is UNCHECKED. Is this causing the issue? Best regards.
If you untick "Send copy to", do you still get one copy of the e-mail to the other e-mail boxes? If yes, there is something else also doing copy. If not, is send copy to active also on some of the e-mail boxes where the first account copies? You could compare the two copies of the e-mail, open with full headers to see the received lines and then determine how the copy travelled.
