Forwarding "Send copy to" duplicate

    Hello.

    We have activated the "Send copy to" in ISPConfig 3.2 and removed redirect option in "Custom Rules" tab in order to forward emails from one inbox to 4 others.

    The issue is that the emails end up duplicate in destination inboxes.

    The emails accounts are under the same domain name.
    [email protected] to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

    The "Copy during delivery" option is UNCHECKED. Is this causing the issue?

    If you untick "Send copy to", do you still get one copy of the e-mail to the other e-mail boxes? If yes, there is something else also doing copy.
    If not, is send copy to active also on some of the e-mail boxes where the first account copies?
    You could compare the two copies of the e-mail, open with full headers to see the received lines and then determine how the copy travelled.

    Hello.

    After enabling "Copy during delivery" option there are no duplicate emails so issue fixed.
