FTP user pemission for hosted sites web folder

    Hi,
    I am providing a web hosting service with ispconfig3.1. Recently I cannot read write with filemanager mydomain web folder for upload files in this folder.
    Please help me for resolve this error.

    ensure that you use the correct PHP mode (PHP-FPM or PHP-FCGI) and that the suexec checkbox is enabled in that site.

    Hi Till bro,
    Thanks for you reply. yes I am using PHP-FPM and suexec checkbox is enabled but i cannot read write my web folder with apache. I am using eXtplorer.
    Please help
