FTP User with custom upload directory?

Hi,

is there an easy way to create an FTP user with a custom upload directory, outside of the web-directory and basically not related to a website at all?

I just want to have a directory somewhere on my server (i.e. /home/ftp/username/) where that ftp-user can up- and download from, without access to any other directories on the server.
