I just got Ubuntu Server 9.10 setup with ISPConfig, and am having trouble setting it up with my domain. I have a domain on Godaddy and I want to link it to my ISPConfig user I created. How can I do the nameservers and stuff so it will work? This is my first time using ISPConfig, so sorry if this is a really easy fix.

The nameserver setup is not ispconfig specific. Generally you have two options to setup nameservers:

    a) use the godaddy nameserver and create the dns records there. As you dont have much experience with dns I recommend that you do this. You have at least to create DNS A-Records for your domain and the www subdomain pointing to the IP of your server and a MX records that points to the hostname of your server.

or b) Delegate your domain to your own nameserver and setup the dns records there.
