The reason is probably the OVH preinstall as Florian guessed, we had issues reported from users in the past that OVH does not follow our installation recommendations and don't install up to date software versions which caused all kinds of trouble. I guess the best procedure when someone has an issue with an OVH server is a forced update on ISPConfig to ensure that the version is really the latest one.
