    Good day,
For about 1 month now, I have many customers complaining about a high rate of spam in their environment.
    In the past,
    1) I made sure spamassassin is running
    2) I ran the postconf -e command for RBL (http://www.faqforge.com/linux/enhanced-e-mail-spam-protection-in-ispconfig-3/)
Right now, I ran the sa-update command and they still complain they have alot of spam after 3 days.

What else can I do? Customers are literally getting mad and sending me hate mail.

    Thanks,

    JP

Take a look at the mail headers of the spam mails that went trough(you can do that in your mail client), you can see which rules got applied there.

Which spam tag 2 and spam kill level do you use in the spamfilter policy that you have applied to the affected client accounts?
