Hi, I'm trying to install ISPConfig but I'm having some problems: If I understand good, ispconfig is additional apache and etc which manages my server software. I gave my ip address which works: <...> Please enter the IP address of the ISPConfig web (e.g. 192.168.0.1):195.X.Y.3 OK </...> Then I gave domain name and host name which points to this ip address: <... Please enter the host name (e.g. www):www.X.com Please enter the domain (e.g. xyz.de):X.com ERROR: The URL is not reachable! The installation routine stops here! </...> It's is reachable, apache2 is working on this address, so what might be the problem? tia mazek
try try whit only the machine´s name (host name) by example myserver.mydomain.com Please enter the host name (e.g. www):myserver Please enter the domain (e.g. xyz.de):mydomain.com
