thank you sooooooo much for you efforts! it´s greats that there are people like you out there helping others for free. nevertheless, the procedure you explained in detail now was the same as i did. i really dont know why it doesnt work for me BUT... by fluke i read THIS great article about POP3 for hotmail since january 2009! ((link) now everything works how it should with "get mail from other accounts" in gmail. woooohooo, finally we got rid of mr. gates hotmail-boundaries thanks again mate.
