Hi everyone, I have a really huge problem with viruses, the problem is that it is now frequently that we receive messages with viruses, the message is filtered and the object quarantined but the problem starts here because we set a rule on ISPCONFIG over multiple accounts to send a copy of the message to another mailbox, and now users are being afected given that the server thinks they are sending virus and blocks them, so do you guys have any suggestion on this? (maybe considering deleting the email which is suspicious would be the solution but I don't know how to do it and if it is a good move). Thanks.
