How can I generate a valid certificate for ISPConfig3 control interface 8080 port

    is there any possibility that I can access the email from the phone and configure an application via smtp and pop3?

    Sure, that's the default way to access email in ISPConfig, its compatible with any mail client that supports smtp and imap or pop3. And in addition, you can also access any mailbox by webmail in case you have no client with a normal mail client installed at hand.So you can use any email client and any device, no matter if Desktop, Tablet or Mobile.
