How does ISPConfig3 collect log info from different servers?

    I am curious as to how ispconfig collects log information and detect if services are running on different servers? Is there a process that starts and scans a system to detect if a service is available or offline?

    The ispconfig server.sh script that also does the server configuration collects this info.
