How often do you flush the DNS in Linux versus Windows? Is it more of a requirement?

    I am posing this question because I am a newbie and I would think you would have to Flush the DNS more often because Linux is the behind the scenes or inner workings of open source development.

    I have never flushed DNS. I looked up just now what it means and i have never needed to do that.

    I can second what @Taleman posted, never had to flush DNS on Linux.
