How to change input forms default values

    Hi, how to change input forms initial values like "new email account" in database? Any advice what is the right table?
    Trying to achieve to set "Move Spam Emails to Junk directory" enabled by default.

    Set the default of the table column in mail_user table with phpmyadmin to 'y'.
