How to force utf-8 character encoding in phpymyadmin?

    Does any know how to do so?
    I have recently moved from ISO-8859-1 to utf-8, but now I get strange characters from words with spanish accents. Anyone has info on how to force utf-8 encoding for all tables in all database?
