    I am using Fedora 3+Postfix+ISPConfig

When I execute the following command:

    mkdir -p /var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd
    rm -fr /var/run/saslauthd

But I can't find any saslauthd file or directory at /etc/default to edit.

Then,When I execute the following command:

    [root@server1 ~]# /etc/init.d/saslauthd start
    ?? saslauthd:saslauthd[7810] :main : could not chdir to: /var/run/saslauthd
    saslauthd[7810] :main : chdir: Not a directory
saslauthd[7810] :main : Check to make sure the directory exists and is
saslauthd[7810] :main : writeable by the user this process runs as.
    [Fail]

What should I do to restart saslauthd or reinstall saslauthd?

SASL problem is solved after I have created a 'saslauthd directory' in /var/spool/postfix/var/run/ and then restart the postfix.
