    Here my problem,

I have setup my server the perfect setup ubuntu way all is working fine (a few problems still are there http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?p=57295#post57295)
But in general I am happy with it.

I have setup an acount in outlook for emailing. I don'get any errors and al seems to work fine. I can send emails, but I dont recieve any in my outlook acount.
All the emails I send are staying on the server.
I thought that If I made an acount in outlook that acount was retrieving the mails from the server to the client's (my own) pc.
Do I see it wrong or must I enable some setting.

Have already been serching the forums but most threats are about not able to log in, or wath username to use. I couldnt find my anser if its out there please point me to it.

    TIA DaRKNeSS

Did you enable maildir in ISPConfig under management > server > settings?

Sending mail has nothing to do with maildir, so enabling or disabling it makes no difference when you send mail. There must be another problem on your server that causes these side issues.

Please enable maildir, it must be enabled for your setup.

Then send an email and post the lines that appear in your mail.log file.

Thought I had Two diferent problems so thats why I opend 2 threaths Sorry for that.

I am going to enable maildir and post the output of the mail.log here. If I enable the maildir is that effective instantley or do I have to wait for a wile.

The logfile output looks good. Webmin is not compatible with ISPConfig, so its normal that you might run into problems when you use it with ISPConfig.

Webmail installation is really easy, yust install one of the webmail packages that you may find on the ISPConfig downloads page trough the software update function in ISPConfig.
