You can forget about the error messages. They show up because the uninstall script deletes the directory where it's in. The web sites created by ISPConfig still exist? I'd also check the Bind configuration, ftp configuration, etc.
Yes the websites ispconfig has created still exist, also its posible too login with the user and password created for the single website. Bind, ftpd .conf looks like they have been restored correctly, but the apache didnt. But changed that manualy.
