Thank you very much for this guide. I would be very happy to contribute to this project. I really think it would be a good experience for me, since I am a bit of a newbie at this. Maybe I can actually learn something from this. I will send a email with my information shortly. Thank you very much.
ISPConfig 2 is not in active devolopment (for new features). Bugfixing and making compatible with new Linux distributions is given. I'm not so happy about that, because ISPConfig 2 is easier to use for me and has all functions incl. GUI, what I need for a state-of-the-art software. IPv6 will not be implemented. But I hope, Falko and Till will reconsider their opinion about that. This is not urgent because of you own IPv4-Range.
Nice to hear the same from you, jimmy12! I talked with Till about that, because I thought, he can and will understand my wishes. But it seems, our meaning about this powerful software ISPConfig 2 is not important for him. The GUI is very well for single servers and the usability is better like ISPConfig 3. Maybe he will think about his opinion.
Hi Falko, this thread is outdated, but it is linked from here: http://www.ispconfig.org/development/ ("How to start developing ISPConfig") Perhaps you could update that link. Thanks
Thanks for invitation for everyone to contribute in the project i have send the email with my team profile hope to get accepted for supporting this project
