    Hello!
I don't know why but in fresh install on the :8080 port with http protocol the php&||html dosen't handled.
    I mean this:
    error.jpg
But with https works fine and for the clients website everything handled well.
    Latest ISPConfig and debian 7.
    So anyone have idea?

As the error message tells you, port 8080 supports https only and therefor you cant connect to it with http.

That's not a message from ISPConfig, either its a system message from Apache or it is rendered by the browser itself.

Did you test it with a different browser?
