According to my experience, Amavis of ISPConfig 3.1.2 does not have a mechanism to whitelist outgoing mail:

It makes all the MalDetect report, and probably any virus and malware reports, sent to oneself, gets banned by Clamav and then Amavis. There is a package clamav-milter for this purpose but it is designed for Sendmail. Postfix can't enjoy this Clamav mail filter feature. :(

postfix has support for sendmail-milters since 2.3
you can use clamav-milter with postfix.

But Amavis will quarantine the malware report before Postfix can handle it.
    How to avoid it? :(
