Ok, so port 25 seems to be open. So the question is why your system tries to relay trough another system then. Did you set anything up in the relay host settings in ISPConfig? There should be no relay host set when your system sends directly.

Login to webmail and send an email to an external account. If you have also a gmail address or hotmail or you know someone with a gmail address, then send an email to that address as its important to know that the receiving side works. If this fails, post the lines from /var/log/mail.log from this sending attempt.

Ok. Please post a screenshot from mail relay settings: System > server config > mail
And have you added anything under Mail > Email routing in ISPConfig?

The files look fine. I'm a bit out of ideas. Your mail system itself works fine as you can send within webmail without issues, just for external delivery it tries to relay email instead of delivering it, but your system is not set up for relaying, so I have no idea where this behaviour comes from and I have not seen that on any other system yet. Is your system located at home / office or in a data center? You might want to contact the company that provides the internet connection for this system and ask them if they do any technical measures to prevent you from running your own mail system on that connection or maybe its something on your router that acts as a proxy or so and changes the way that emails get delivered outside. If you run it at home or office at the moment, then you should either consider to rent a small virtual server in a data center and run it there or if your internet access provider offers a relay server, then configure this rely server in ISPConfig and relay emails trough it.

PTR records must be set in the DNS zone of the IP address, not the DNS zone of a domain. Is your IP address from your ISP or from Godaddy? If you do not got the IP address assigned from Godaddy, then Godaddy is not the place to add a PTR record. Most likely, your ISP must add the PTR in their system as they most likely host the DNS for the IP address and they must set it to the hostname of your server. The screenshot you posted is not about PTR records, it's the DKIM signing key and SPF record, which look ok.

    The PTR seems correct.
    Code:
    ;; ANSWER SECTION:
    187.222.44.197.in-addr.arpa. 21600 IN PTR mail.mail-travel.com.
