I want to make all subdomain pointing doc root

    Hi..
    I want to make all subdomains go to doc root /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web

    I have do these steps below:
    1. Create DNS with A record , hostname * .
    And its name will be *.domain.com
    2. then i type sub.domain.com in browser.. it goes to page Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page

    Please help me .

    Step no.2 I have add apache directives DocumentRoot "{DOCROOT}"

    This happens automatically, just add them as alias domains in ispconfig, do not do any other settings, especially no rewrite settings and no docroot settings. Then take care that they point to your server address in dns, that's all.

    I have forgot to set Auto-Subdomain to *.
