Hi, The past 2 days my incoming emails are not getting to my server. well they come in for a few hours then i dont get anymore emails. it goes on and off!! how can i find out why or where they are going instead of my server? if i look up mxtools, i see all ports open and everything is fine. i am at a lost the domain name is nonichaihealth.com thank you Ben
In this moment when I've done some tests your mailserver seems to be OK. Try, when you say that the emails not reach the server, to look in to mail logs.
Check the DNS records at intodns.com to ensure that primary and secondary dns have the same dns data and take a look into the mail log as Ben suggested.
thats the funny thing, mail log shows nothing. as if it never came in!! anyways it started working again. hopefully it stays this way!
