Hi all, I need to increase the number of simultaneous connections to the mail. Because if configured on multiple devices an email account and these are updated at the same time, a connection error closed by the server is received that is to overcome the maximum allowed connections. my server is debian 7 with postfix and dovecot. Thats dovecot. you have to set mail_max_userip_connections to a higher number then 10 in the deovecot.conf configuration file on your server and then restart dovecot.
