No, or at least not without a lot of effort. You will probably have to write a completely new installer for ISPConfig plus you'll probably have to change parts of the ISPConfig code base as clearlinux states to be not derived from any other Distribution which means on the other side that it's probably not compatible with any other distribution, so everything needs to be developed from ground up again to support it in ISPConfig.
