This may be a super specific question, but I'm having troubles getting the Proxmox hypervisor installed on a server I recently bought for my homelab. When I boot into the BIOS and then select the USB with the bootable ISO in it, the BIOS doesn't see any bootable drive. I've been using the Rufus app to format the ISO onto the hard drive, with MBR partitions and UEFI as the target system. Any help from anyone more experience would be great, thank you!

Have you tried just writing the Proxmox installer on a USB stick? And then booting from that.
Does that Dell boot at all from USB? Try with Ubuntu installer for example, or Debian.
