this is the result of the product. Do I have to do something alse?
Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

 

Open Firefox and type aboutlugins in the address bar. Firefox should then list all installed plugins, and you should find the Adobe Flash Player listed there.

 

web-page desn't show installed plugins

No plug-ins are installed (blankwebpage)

I still have to find more information or download flash player again?
