Is 3.1 Stable/final yet?

    Hello all, just wondering if 3.1 is on stable/final yet?
    Also, I would like to do a dist upgrade from Ubuntu 14.04.3 to 16,04, what would this do to ISPCONFIG?
    I am running version 3.0.5.4p8

    No, otherwise we would have announced that. The current stable version is always listed here: http://www.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/download/

    It will break your system as ISPConfig 3.0.5.4p9 is not able to run on Ubuntu 16.04. You will have to wait for the 3.1 final release.
