There is a HOWTO for Ubuntu 20.04 with Apache: https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...l-pureftpd-bind-postfix-doveot-and-ispconfig/ But not for nginx yet. I don't think that guide will be released soon. You could try comparing the 20.04 apache guide with the 18.04 nginx guide and see if you can get it set up properly with 20.04.
I agree with @Th0m. I see no reason why you cannot build an nginx ISPConfig server on Ubuntu 20.04 since a tutorial for apache is already released for it and 3.2 does support it. You can always use previous 18.04 nginx tutorial as a guide other than 20.04 apache tutorial as it is a matter of web server differences, while other services should remain the same.
