Ok, so you don't have the error anymore, as you can not send and receive fine when you have this error in your postfix configuration.

The 403 forbidden error is my website not my mail.

I've install the perfect server may time but I've never gotten a forbidden message on a website. The only problem I've had was I only had one dns server. I couldn't add server2.mydomain.com (ns2.mydomain.com) to my domain register. Now I added a second dns but I can't view my site (manual install or softaculous) How can I fix this?

check your website settings, if it's using the ip address or '*', and if changing that doesn't fix the problem, post the output of `apachectl -S` (as well as the vhost name that is having the problem)

    The site is www.zu-host.com

That is not a config file ispconfig sets up. Note you have an alias for www.zu-host.com on the port 80 virtualhost, but not the port 443 virtualhost. You could either add a ServerAlias in that config (zu-host.com.vhost-le-ssl.conf) or remove that custom setup and add a website in ispconfig for www.zu-host.com and enable letsencrypt there.

https://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-...hp-mysql-pureftpd-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3-p3 has different packages then https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...l-pureftpd-bind-postfix-doveot-and-ispconfig/ letsencrypt is not installed.
I don't know what went wrong but all i did was add the site and the dns on server1. Do you think it could just be something wrong with the install? I can reinstall it. I just need to make sure I can add the second dns server. My only concern is that I use php5 and not php7. I need php5 for softaculous. Softaculous doesn't use php7 yet.

Sorry, I confused this post with another one that was running 3.1. I would guess that 'zu-host.com.vhost-le-ssl.conf' was a virtualhost setup by letsencrypt itself, which asks to do so for you (and you should say no to) .... other than the fact that you said letsencrypt is not installed. :) If you're not working on an existing system and can afford to reinstall, I'd recommend going with ispconfig 3.1 right from the outset, just follow a perfect server guide for that version.

It installed 3.1 in the tutorial but the tutorial for ubuntu 14.04 didn't add the new features. The tutorial is the same but the panel is upgraded.

Ah, probably one of the things still needing updated - @till, maybe change the download link at https://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-...hp-mysql-pureftpd-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3-p6 to the 3.0.5 stable tarball, and label that tutorial as being for 3.0.5? Or it just needs a few things changed for 3.1 (letsencrypt at least).

@zustudios, I don't know how softactulous is installed, but you can run php5 as an additional php version still, if that would work. If not, then try following the letsencrypt install instructions from another guide and it should still work. It's curious where that 'vhost-le-ssl' file came from if you don't have that.

Ok i'll try ,Can I get the other packages from the other tutorials? I can't add the repo from 16.04 to 14.06 I might break my ubuntu install. Can I use 16.04 but use php5 instead?

I don't know of any for ubuntu 14 offhand (there may be some), but you can follow one of the instructions to download the client manually and run certbot-auto.

You can as an additional php version for a website, but not for the system php I don't believe. I don't know how softaculous installs (also note there's an updated aps installer in 3.1, you might look at)

when I talked to softaculous they said they don't support hp7 at this time but they are hoping to in the future.

I've never gotten an answer on how to fix the 403 forbidden error when I go to my website after I remove the welcome to your website. I installed wordpress both manually and with softaculous and I still have the error.

Check what you have selected for the ip address in all your websites, if you mix '*' with an ip address you'll run into problems.

I'm not understanding you. all my websites are on my old 3.0.5 I only have one website on the new upgrade .I didn't add a second one because the first one didn't work.

    Does this mean anything?

The following changes are not yet populated to all servers:
    • datalog_status_u_server: 4

Yes, that means there are pending changes - you'll need to look into why they're not being made. Make sure cron is running, and if so, you'll have to debug the server.sh script (see the first 'read before posting' post in this forum for how to debug with server.sh).
