Hello, how are you? What is the process that ispconfig uses to create a domain's directory in /var/vmail, when you create a new 'mail domain'? We have a "problem". When you create a new "mail domain" Mail → Domain → New domain That doesn't create folder on /var/vmail If you create the folder manually → /var/vmail/newdomain All correct, you can create new mails. Thanks.
No, it gets created when you create the first mailbox for that domain. So instead of creating it manually, just add a mailbox in ISPConfig. See here for the steps: https://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig-email-account/
