ISPConfig 3 Server Module for WHMCS

Problems new Users

Sorry for my English

We have WHMcS the Modul and the last Version of ISPConfig 3.
When i add a User in Whmcs the Modul transport the Information to ISPConfig3.
But there are PHP-open_basedir empty and on the server i dont have the path -> like for test.com --> /var/www/testcom.

i only see /var/www

if i create a user in ISPConfig i have all informations and it worked perfekt.


Can anyone help me??
Is there a permissionproblem or any Bug?

 

I cannot reproduce this behaviour, but I received two messages from other users who have the same problem.
So I will check it.

I had the chance to look in another customer system, who had the same problem as you.
The problem was, that the customer forgot to add the IP of the server (which will be used for websites) in ISPConfig. Probably this will fix your problem.

 

hello I have a question.

I use your module, but now running into a problem.

I have a morror ispconfig server and xen for Loadbalacer the problem lies in that the mirror server on the wrong ip is causing the site not visible.

I've read that if you do not use ip on the server that you module not working right?

is there a solution?

No solution for this at the moment, but I know this issue.
I am talking with another customer about this problem right now. We are trying to find a solution for the next versions.

 

Who can access this module? admins only or clients?

How do I switch the order page to english, the drop down always goes back to german, I have tried IE and Firefox

sorry, lot to do right now.
Of course there will be updates in the future. I am working on a completely new server management. It will allow to manage multiserver installations dynamically with WHMCS. So this is a big step. Please do have a little patience.

SOAP Error

I am trying to get 1.4 up running in my ISPConfig / WHMCS setup but keeps getting : SOAP Error: looks like we got no XML document. I have followed the guide that came with the module.

ISPConfig version : 3.0.5.3
WHMCS : 5.2.7

I have tried google, but cannot seem to find anything that brings me closer to a sollution.
Some ideas would be appreciated.
