After upgrade from Debian 7 to Debian 8 I have this error on all my servers, every day at the same time, could someone help me to solve it?

What kind of logfile? Did you cut the error message or is it it?
Are all services running normal? Is the error from a specific domain? Are there requests accordingly to the error time?
Did you let upgrade sciripts overwrite php configuration and now u have issues with the changed behaviour like no short open tags?
