Are you able so send mails on your mail server on port 25 without tls in a mail client?

 

yes the mail server works as well and the emails are sent by the default port number 25 in my mail client.

 

If it was me with this problem, I think I would try setup some test scripts with etc. phpmailer, and check with just simplest way to see if it would send mail with smtp directly to your mail server, if this works, then you know it's something with your GoalioMailService.
