1. Ok you can have web[webid] as the tag for usernames when setting up mail accounts, are there anyother settings you can have in instead of [webid]. 2. Are there any reports that can be run off the system.
1) [domain] It is documented in the manual. But you might get problems with long domain names. 2) Which type of reports, statistics?
1) Fair enough I will have a look ect..... 2) Yeah reports to for example list all sites under clients under resellers and to list traffic stats quota stats mail traffic stats mail storage stats ect... So you might have: Reseller1 Customer1 Site1 - traffic MB - storage MB - Site2 - traffic MB - storage MB - Something like that, if not perhaps add it into the next version Is the raw data stored somewhere in log files or in the mysql database. Thanks
That's already implemented, have a look on the Statistics tab of a web site, a client and a reseller. The data is extracted from the log files and stored in the MySQL database.
Yeah I have seen it on screen I was wondering if there was a full report that you could pull off. i.e. I want to look at the usage every month of every reseller, and then perhaps every client and if needed every site. And in total I have 500 sites, I dont want to have to go and look at every site so that I can print off the stats. So I print-out would be much easier so I can skim down the sheet and have a quick look at what is what. Do you get what I mean and what I am after? Thanks
You could write a script that generates the output in a printer-friendly way. The traffic is stored in the isp_traffic table in the ISPConfig database.
Hi there are no details of web[webid] and other values I can have in the manual... is domain the only other one you can have. Thanks
The options currently available are: [WEBID] => e.g. 1 [DOMAIN] => e.g. mydomain.com [HOST] => e.g. www [HOSTDOMAIN] => e.g. www.mydomain.com if the host is empty, hostdomain contains the same as domain.
Perhaps for the next version or next update I think it would be helpfull to have as an option "client user name" as well as all the others..... Perhaps???
