I use ispconfig 3 on debian I setup a prestashop multiple domains site with main domaine domaine1.com (default shop) domain2.com > sub shop2 domain3.com > sub shop3 domain4.com > sub shop4 Actually all is OK, as prestashop directctly redirect url to sub shop automatically, I do not have to setup 4 domains in ispconfig. All domains are DNS setup whith the same IP I try to setup SSL with letsencrypt : OK form the main domain but for other domains it doesn work What is the best way in ispconfig to do setup this kind of configuration ? Thanks
Create a website and then add the other domains as alias domains in ISPConfig. LE gets added for all alias domains automatically when you enable it for the website, so no further configuration needed.

Not as vhost, just as aliasdomain. there are alias and vhost alias domains in ISPConfig, what you need here is just an alias domain, you find it in the left menu of the sites module.
